Effective on Friday, March 27th at 11:59 p.m. Moore Engineering will be following MN Governor Tim Walz's Emergency Executive Order 20-20 in our Minnesota offices. Under this order, we have self-designated as an Essential Critical Infrastructure Workforce, as we provide services identified as essential by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), a division of the Department of Homeland Security.
What does this mean?
Our Minnesota offices will remain open so we can continue to function and operate as needed, but we will be restricting access to the general public. While the order allows us to do our essential work, many of our employees have been successfully working from home over the last couple of weeks. Moore Engineering is committed to meeting our clients' needs and to doing our part to stop the spread of the COVID-19 virus. We will continue to implement and follow the CDC and DOH guidelines on social distancing within our workplaces.
Since 1960, Moore Engineering has been dedicated to improving lives by building strong communities. In the nearly 60 years since Kip and Marshall Moore founded the company, Moore Engineering has completed more than 21,000 civil and environmental engineering projects throughout North Dakota and Minnesota, advancing the region’s water, municipal, campus and transportation infrastructure, and greatly improving the quality of life in dozens of Midwest cities and communities.
