Enderlin, ND – Water Treatment Plant
Problem
The water treatment plant at Enderlin was stretched to the limits. Frequent repairs caused the plant to shut down, which jeopardized the city’s ability to provide its users with adequate potable water. The budget called for rehabilitation rather than new construction to fix the problems.
Solution
After a critical review of the plant’s system, and keeping cost in mind, Moore Engineering developed a project that would extend the useful life expectancy of the water treatment plant.
Outcome
Our on-going relationship with Enderlin, a Moore client since 1972, allowed us to maximize the original investment the city had in the existing plant. Upgrades to the plant improved its overall reliability and optimized the existing design capacity of the plant.
