#1 Senior Professional Engineer – Water/Wastewater

#2 Project Manager – Municipal
St. Cloud, MN
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our engineering projects, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements. Responsibilities include developing project scopes, schedules, and fees, collaborating with group leaders, and maintaining a thorough understanding of client expectations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, with registration as a Professional Engineer and at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to industry standards and policies. We’re seeking a motivated Graduate Engineer to join our team and contribute to civil engineering projects through a blend of design and fieldwork. Responsibilities include performing construction observation duties, assisting in client communication, and contributing to project cost estimates and design computations. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, an Engineer in Training (EIT) Certification, and a proficiency in AutoCAD and/or OpenRoads software. #4 MicroStation CADD Technician
West Fargo, ND or Bismarck, ND or Plymouth, MN
The MicroStation CADD Technician is critical for supporting their assigned group by creating finished drawings using sketches, notes, layouts, details, and verbal instructions. They are responsible for analyzing input material to determine the best approach for completing the drawings accurately and on time while adhering to project schedules and company design standards. Additionally, they may be required to coordinate with other operators on larger projects and assist less experienced technicians. The ideal candidate will have an Associate’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field, work experience in Civil Engineering, proficiency in MicroStation, and the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
