Welcome Holly Beck to the Moore Family

Welcome to the former employees of Holly Beck Surveying & Engineering (HBSE) who officially became employees of Moore Engineering, Inc. on January 1, 2023.

Holly Beck, PE, PLS, former President of HBSE will serve as a Senior Project Manager. Holly formed HBSE in 2003. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from UND. Holly is a licensed Professional Engineer and Professional Land Surveyor. She and her husband, Mike live in Bismarck and have two adult children and two grandchildren.

Tom Weigel, PE, PLS, has been hired as a Project Manager. Tom, a native of Bismarck, was employed by HBSE for 12 years. Tom received a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UND. He is both a licensed PE and PLS. He and his wife, Leslie reside in Bismarck with their two children, Merrick and Miles.

Kirby Rudolph has been hired as a Survey Crew Chief II. Kirby was employed by HBSE for 17 years. A native of Ashley, ND, Kirby and his wife, Kortney has two children, Kenleigh and Khloe, and reside in Bismarck.

Maguire Taney has been hired as a Survey Crew Chief I. Born in El Paso, Texas, and raised in Las Cruces, NM, Maguire is a former member of the National Guard and has been deployed to Iraq and Egypt. He also played college baseball for Eastern Arizona Jr. College and El Paso Community College.

Jared Jensen will serve as a Survey Technician II. Jared grew up in Williston, ND. He received an Associate of Arts Degree in Engineering and Applied Sciences and an Associate of Arts Degree in Arts from Bismarck State College.

Colby Kruger has been hired as a Survey Technician II. Hired by HBSE last summer, Colby received an Associate of Arts Degree in Land Surveying and Civil Engineering from NDSCS in Wahpeton. He also has a certificate in Drone Flying. Colby is a Bismarck native.

Alex Koble, EI, has been hired as a Project Engineer and will work out of Moore Engineering, Inc.’s Minot office. Alex started his employment with HBSE as an intern and worked at HBSE for 6 years. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from UND and is currently working on obtaining his Master of Business Administration Degree from the University of Mary. Alex is a Minot native.

Matthew Hinds has been hired as a Survey Technician II and will work out of Moore Engineering, Inc.’s Minot office. Matthew received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geography from MSU Moorhead. He and his fiancé, Sara reside in Minot.
