Welcome Erik Hedman | Senior Professional Engineer

We’re excited to welcome Erik Hedman into the growing Moore family! Erik is joining Moore Engineering as our newest Senior Professional Engineer. His competitive spirit, combined with his years of engineering experience, will make him a valuable asset to Moore and our clients. 

Erik is originally from Moorhead, Minnesota, and got his engineering start across the river in Fargo, North Dakota. He began his career at Wenck Associates in Fargo and Maple Plain, Minnesota. He later accepted a position at Anderson Engineering, in Plymouth, Minnesota. Today, Erik joins Moore Engineering’s Plymouth office close to his home in Excelsior. 

Erik’s competitive nature fuels the devotion he has for his work. He enjoys taking on new engineering challenges alongside an equally devoted and dynamic team of professionals.

Outside of work, you can find Erik… outside! He enjoys picking up a club, racket, or golf to play his favorite weekend sports: golf, tennis, and pickleball. He and his wife, Taylor, have a taste for adventure, discovering new restaurants and experiences whenever possible. Along with their dog, Nora, they frequently take weekend trips to the lake.
