Fargo, N.D. – Block 9 Site Design (4/13/17 Update)

Mortenson, the construction contractor, will submit for a demolition permit late this spring. Afterward, demolition, footing and foundation plans will come in to play. Mass excavation and earth retention will begin early this summer. Throughout these phases, Moore Engineering will work with contractors to coordinate installation of wet and dry utility services.
