Maureen Manzi | Admin Assistant I

Maureen Manzi is an Administrative Assistant I at Moore Engineering! She brings nearly two decades of experience across environmental construction and education. Originally from Chicago and now based in Golden, Colorado, Maureen is passionate about helping others achieve their goals and enjoys staying active and spending time with her grandchildren.
She is located in our Lakewood office.
Devin Reger | Engineering Designer I

Devin Reger joins Moore Engineering as an Engineering Designer! Originally from Dalton, Minnesota, Devin previously worked for MnDOT while living in Morris, MN. Known for his easygoing nature, he enjoys being part of a team and spends his free time hunting and ice fishing.
He is located in our Fergus Falls office.
Troy Hauge | Engineering Designer II

Troy Hauge is welcomed as an Engineering Designer for Moore Engineering! He has over 30 years of experience in civil engineering and surveying, with lifelong roots in Fergus Falls, MN. He has vast expertise from Civil 3D drafting, surveying, construction inspection, and municipal infrastructure design. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time at his seasonal camper on Walker Lake.
He is located in our Fergus Falls office.
Gregory Larson | Environmental Scientist II

Greg Larson is now an Environmental Scientist at Moore Engineering! With a strong background in soil science, wetland ecology, and natural resource management Greg brings a lot of knowledge. He has worked across Minnesota and excels in ecosystem assessment, restoration, and mentoring. Greg also enjoys fishing, target shooting, and hunting.
He is located in our Plymouth office.
Stephen Stensgard | Environmental Scientist II

Stephen Stensgard joins Moore Engineering as an Environmental Scientist! He has a diverse background in conservation, having worked with the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Idaho Fish and Game, Pheasants Forever, and NRCS. Originally from Detroit Lakes and now based in Mandan, Stephen enjoys solving complex natural resource challenges. When not working, he stays busy with his four kids’ activities, traveling, hunting, fishing, and farming.
He is located in our Bismarck office.
John Bergum | Graduate Engineer

John Bergum is welcomed as a Graduate Engineer for Moore Engineering! He holds 3 years of experience in civil engineering, including internships across North Dakota. Originally from Detroit Lakes and now living in West Fargo, he supports Minnesota transportation projects through design and construction inspection. John enjoys seeing projects come to life and their lasting community impact. Beyond the office, he loves hunting, fishing, and spending time on the lake.
He is located in our West Fargo office.
Jack Given | Graduate Engineer

Jack Given joins Moore Engineering as a Graduate Engineer! With a background that includes internships at Carlson McCain, the Metropolitan Council, and Anoka County Highway Department, Jack is passionate about water resources and values being part of work that supports its use. Originally from Andover, Minnesota, Jack enjoys hiking, drawing, board games, and video games.
He is located in our Plymouth office.
Gabriel Jauch | Graduate Engineer

Gabriel Jauch is welcomed to Moore Engineering as a Graduate Engineer from Shoreview, Minnesota. He specializes in infrastructure projects that support public access and environmental stewardship. With diverse experience across the Midwest and studies abroad, Gabe bridges design and construction work. He enjoys golf, fishing, hiking, boating, and lifting weights.

Clare Pankratz | Graduate Engineer

Clare Pankratz is now a Graduate Engineer at Moore Engineering! Originally from Billings, Montana, and now living in Mandan, Clare brings two years of field experience and strong communication skills to construction inspection and administration. She is passionate about supporting small communities in the Municipal Sector. In her down time, she enjoys crafting, reading, cooking, and camping.
She is located in our Bismarck office.
Heather Wilkinson | Office Administrator

Welcome Heather Wilkinson as an Office Administrator at Moore Engineering! She has a strong background in operations and legal support with an associate’s degree in legal assistance, a bachelor’s in investigations, and a master’s in business. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska and now living in Moorhead, Heather is passionate about finding solutions and helping lighten others’ workloads. In her free time, she enjoys golf and playing frisbee with her dogs.
She is located in our West Fargo office.
John Gorder | Senior Technical Advisor

John Gorder joins Moore Engineering as a Senior Technical Advisor with over 35 years of experience in municipal engineering. He served as City Engineer for Eagan for 28 years, leading numerous state and county highway improvement projects. A North Dakota State University graduate, John is known for prioritizing the community and delivering quality infrastructure. Aside from working, he enjoys walking, traveling, and spending time with his wife, kids, and grandkids.
He is located in our Plymouth office.
Rob Allen | Senior Professional Engineer

Rob Allen is welcomed to Moore Engineering as a Senior Professional Engineer! He has over 12 years of experience in municipal and transportation engineering, leading design, cost estimating, and project management efforts. Originally from Des Moines, Iowa, and now living in Denver, Rob enjoys the challenge of seeing projects through to completion and making a positive impact. Rob also likes to run, ski, hike, watch Iowa State sports, and explore new restaurants.
He is located in our Lakewood office.
Patrick Gallagher | Senior Professional Engineer

Patrick Gallagher joins Moore Engineering as a Senior Professional Engineer with 12 years of experience in rural highway, urban, and municipal projects across North Dakota. Originally from Mandan and recently returned after 10 years in Bismarck, Patrick enjoys the variety civil engineering offers and continuously learning new disciplines. Outside of work, he stays active with gym workouts, biking, walking, and traveling.
