New England, N.D. – Water System Improvement: 4/21/16 Update

The majority of this project was completed in late 2015.  The project still has some seal coating work that needs to be completed this spring, and minor cleanup and warranty items will need to be addressed this spring as well.  All major construction related to the project is complete.
