National Women in Engineering Day

Today, for National Women in Engineering Day, we celebrate the amazing women engineers here at Moore.  We are proud that our women describe our culture as welcoming and that they feel fully included and supported within the company.  

One of the first things that is apparent when women choose to become engineers is that engineering is a male dominated field. To change this narrative, our women at Moore find great value in being present and active in the community. They want to be a visible example to young girls who have the desire to pursue their passions in engineering. The women engineers at Moore have a unanimous message to young girls; Just do it. Whatever you feel your path to be, don’t be afraid to go out and make it happen.
