Hector Water Treatment Plant 11/24/15 Update

The plant was startup and placed back into service near the end of October. Doors and windows were replaced. The control systems were tested and the plant was placed into automatic operation.

Remaining work consists of cleanup, touchup, caulking, sealing and painting.
