Arthur, N.D. – Water Main Replacement (4/6/17 Update)

Contractor finished up the water main replacement last fall before freeze, but still needs to place the overlay of asphalt, address any pavement settlement issues, and complete general street repairs this spring. The Contractor is planning to start up when asphalt plants start up for the season.
