Arthur, N.D. – Water Main Replacement (11/16/16 Update)

The Contractor has finished installing the sanitary sewer and water main throughout the city. The base course of asphalt was installed, which brought construction to a close for the fall. The Contractor will be back in the spring to fix issues that will surface over the winter. At that time, they will finish the final grading and seeding, and place the final wear course of asphalt.
