Amy Denz named Chief Development Officer

Amy Denz was promoted to Chief Development Officer at Moore Engineering, Inc. Based in the company’s Plymouth, Minnesota, office, Denz will drive revenue and profit growth across all sectors and markets in the company.

Denz has been with Moore Engineering for five years, most recently as the Environmental Sector Leader. She is passionate about helping her colleagues and clients reach their goals.


“The bottom line is: Amy cares,” said Kevin Bucholz, Moore Engineering president. “She cares about our clients, her coworkers, our company, and the communities we serve. She leads with her values and always puts people first.”


“At the same time, she’s tenacious,” Bucholz added. “She does her job with precision and purpose. When she pursues something, she has a plan for getting it done. We’re excited for the passion and energy she brings to the Chief Development Officer role, driving growth and best-in-class performance.” Prior to joining Moore Engineering, Denz was a Senior Project Manager and Team Leader at Wenck for 13 years and a Planner Principal for the Minnesota Department of Natural Resources. Denz earned a bachelor’s degree in Natural Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin – Stevens Point, and a certificate in Women’s Leadership from the Gonzaga University School of Leadership Studies.
