Marketing Content Creator and Curator

We are looking for an enthusiastic Content Creator & Curator to join our growing Strategic Services Marketing team who has strong content knowledge, solid organizational skills, and a creative mindset. In this role you’ll collaborate with the full marketing team to develop content strategies and campaigns that build awareness for Moore Holding Company and its subsidiaries. Flexibility, energy and above all a passion for discovering great content is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Ensures messaging of all marketing content is developed with brand consistency for each company
  • Coordinates the execution of a content calendar, which will define topics and content to be published across multiple channels
  • Sources, creates, and curates timely content to educate various audiences about Moore Holding Company and its subsidiaries
  • Edits or repurposes industry articles/content marketing materials that can be used to build brand awareness, position as a thought leader and generate leads
  • Reviews/repurposes website content on a monthly basis
  • Works with the Marketing Specialist and Videographer to craft and repurpose relevant social media content on a regular basis to provide educational and informational content that’s aligned with the audiences needs and interests
  • Develops messaging for lead generation activities such as email marketing, web advertising and social media
  • Collaborates with experts and co-workers to generate copy for marketing, and internal communication projects, including intranet, social media, marketing materials, advertising, press releases, project write-ups, articles, and brochures
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of three years of experience in the marketing, branding and/or content management
  • Experience developing and executing a content calendar a plus
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including interviewing, editing & proofing, adaptable writing based on media (social media, press releases, websites, etc.)
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to think creatively and translate ideas into content
  • Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail
  • Self-starter with a passion and positive energy for solving problems and supporting people, processes, and technology
  • Knowledge of engineering and/or professional services preferred
  • The ability to work in a high-producing environment and work overtime if necessary
