Marketing Account Manager

The Marketing Account Manager will oversee communication between one or multiple Moore Holding Company (MHC) subsidiaries and the MHC marketing team. This role is focused on providing support for Moore Engineering, Inc., but may include supporting other MHC subsidiaries as time and workload allows. The primary role for the Marketing Account Manager will be to serve as the primary contact for all marketing communication initiatives and to coordinate with the marketing team to ensure successful completion of marketing deliverables.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develops annual marketing strategy recommendations to help assigned company/companies achieve their business goals; working closely with assigned company/companies and the Marketing Manager to develop these recommendations
  • Builds long-term relationships with management and staff of assigned MHC subsidiaries
  • Serves as the primary point of contact for all marketing communications initiatives
  • Leads marketing projects including strategy, timelines, budgeting, creative execution, development, and reporting
  • Maintains regular project status reports for review with marketing team and assigned company/companies
  • Manages budgets monthly to ensure compliance and best use of marketing expenditures
  • Writes and edits copy for public relations activities (award submittals, press releases, etc.)
  • Manages and executes media planning/buying. Coordinates with the marketing team to develop creative content
  • Utilizes Ajera CRM to maintain contact information for direct mail and email marketing purposes
  • Utilizes CoSchedule to manage and track marketing projects
  • Oversees conference management with support from administrative staff and the marketing team
  • Leads internal/external event planning with support from administrative staff and the marketing team
  • Provides constructive creative review and ensure deliverables are on brand
  • Manages multiple priorities in a flexible, responsive, fast-paced environment
  • Follows defined internal marketing processes to ensure all work deliverables are of highest quality, delivered on time and within budget
  • Stays apprised of the client’s products/services
  • Other duties as assigned


  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of professional level experience in account management preferably in a marketing, advertising, or communications environment
  • Experience working with all levels of management and various sized teams
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Strong ability to work collaboratively with others
  • Exceptional time-management and organizational skills
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Knowledge of engineering and/or professional services a plus
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and work overtime if necessary
