Jeffry Volk, PE


Jeff has worked at Moore Engineering since graduating from North Dakota State University over 40 years ago. As a leader, he has guided Moore Engineering through a period of historic growth and takes great pride in our 100% employee ownership. As a water resources engineer, he has played a leading role in some of the largest and most important projects in the region, including the Sheyenne River Diversion, the Maple River Dam and the planned Red River Diversion.

Jeff is a devoted NDSU Bison supporter and serves on several regional boards, including the Fargo-Moorhead-West Fargo Chamber of Commerce, the Greater Fargo-Moorhead Economic Development Corporation, the NDSU Foundation and a subcommittee of the FargoDome Authority. He believes people have a responsibility to give back and help those who need a hand, lived out through his effort as a board member to raise funds to develop and build a new facility for the Jeremiah Program, among his many community support activities and achievements.

He is passionate about ensuring Moore Engineering remains a sustainable organization that creates opportunities for employee owners who seek a company culture that values family, expects excellence and rewards results.
