The area's most experienced municipal consulting firm

We specialize in municipal engineering services. For 50 years, Moore Engineering has been meeting the infrastructure needs for more than 70 cities, often working with multiple entities to make projects happen and then continuing in long-term relationships to maintain city water, wastewater, and transportation systems.

Moore began serving as city engineer for two North Dakota cities—Casselton and West Fargo—in the early 1960s and currently serves in that capacity for more than 70 North Dakota and Minnesota communities. Many of those communities have been our clients for more than 20 years, enabling us to provide them with continuity in planning and budget considerations.

Total project solutions

Moore's dedication to ensuring a successful project goes well beyond providing engineering services. Our experienced staff develops projects from initial concept through public involvement, design, and contract administration. We listen to clients' concerns. We know how to bring multiple entities together to make a project happen, from cities to counties to local watersheds, and even across state lines. And we deliver sound municipal engineering solutions that best serve a city's infrastructure needs.

Finding the money

Moore brings to the table years of experience in developing funding for water, wastewater, streets, roads, and other infrastructure projects. We know what our clients need so when programs and funding become available, we put our knowledge to work helping them find and secure the financing to implement and upgrade their systems in a way that's affordable and within their budgets.
