individuals with construction background in water, sewer, and street
projects. Willing to train motivated individuals. Positions are seasonal.
- Water
Resources Engineer
Minimum
requirements include Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, registered
as Professional Engineer in State of North Dakota (or ability to obtain
registration through reciprocity), 7 years experience with Surface
Water Modeling and project management. Competitive salary based upon

Responsible
for planning and designing municipal projects for both Developers and
Government Entities. Involves utilities, roads, water, sewer, and transportation
related design. Minimum requirements include Bachelor's degree in Civil
Engineering, registered as Professional Engineer in State of North Dakota
(or ability to obtain registration), 6 years experience in municipal
engineering. Competitive salary based upon experience with excellent

Responsible
for drafting detailed construction drawings, topographical profiles,
related maps, and specifications used in planning and construction of
civil engineering projects. Minimum requirements include two year
Associates Degree in Civil Engineering or related Engineering Field.
Requirements:
• High School
Diploma with an additional (2) years of civil engineering education,
engineering work experience, or engineering drafting.
• Understanding of surveying, drafting, engineering projects and
practices.
• In depth knowledge of GIS systems, GIS resources, mapping methods,
cartography,
and map projections.
• Proficiency with ArcView, ArcEditor, or ArcInfo Version 9 or
more recent.
• Experience with programming with GIS such as VBA, Avenue, or
other.
• Understanding of Spatial Analyst and 3D Analyst extensions for
ArcView.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access, and AutoCAD.
• Ability to work individually or on a team to complete a project
on time and
to required specifications.
• Ability to work well with others and to communicate effectively
both in
writing and orally.
