In 1998, Moore Engineering formed an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) making employees partial owners of the company, and in 2004, the company became 100 percent employee owned.
Our employee-owners are encouraged to learn and grow while delivering a quality product to our clients. And we foster a positive, team-oriented workplace where people do work that is rewarding and challenging.
Part of what makes a career with Moore rewarding is the extensive community involvement of the company and its employees. Moore employees hold leadership positions in local, state, and professional organizations. They volunteer, delivering meals on Wheels, ringing Salvation Army bells, and raising money for charity.
Moore Engineering is a corporate sponsor for the United Way Day of Caring and the firm received the Best Practices Pacesetter Award in 2010. In 2003, it received the Fargo-Moorhead Chamber Choice Award as "Small Business of the Year."
