We build a strong Moore community by providing employees with opportunities for personal and professional satisfaction and growth. We believe a workplace should be fun, supportive, energizing, productive and results-driven.

So, we build a float for the Holiday Lights Parade (four first-place finishes, including 2016!), plant trees to beautify the community, deliver Meals on Wheels, host the Bloodmobile twice per year, compete in the Chamber’s Corporate Cup, build an ice bar for an open house, hold an employee Meat-n-Skeet in the fall and celebrate ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) Month throughout October.

We also hold each other accountable to do the right work for the right reasons. We are professional engineers and land surveyors, and we take that responsibility very seriously. Our projects are meant to sustain the conditions that make communities strong through innovation, manageable budgets and consensus.

Moore Engineering has a passion for giving back. We sponsor employee teams, financially support charitable organizations that employees lead, give employees a voice in corporate donations and provide time for volunteer activities and leadership positions in charitable and professional organizations.

Professionally, we strive to sustain Moore’s growth so we can create leadership and growth opportunities for employees. We want employees to be able to match their passions with the company’s needs as much as possible. And we believe in rewarding employees for good work and having them share in the company’s success.

Over everything, Moore Engineering is a family. We care about each other and the work we do. We know we have something special happening here, and we work hard every day to share that with our clients.
